     - tomato sauce - 350 calories
     - corn - 210 calories
     - tomatoes - 122.5 calories
     - chickpeas - 367.5 calories
     - taco seasoning - 120 calories
     - onion - 44 calories
     - 1.29 lbs. ground beef (96% lean) - 750 calories
Ringing the chili in at a total of 2744 calories. This was divided into six (relatively) equal servings of 457 calories.

The pomegranate came in at about 80 calories.

The total number of calories for lunch today was 537 calories.
I'm participating in a Health and Wellness program for work, requiring the participants to bring/purchase a healthy lunch everyday starting January 20th, and ending March 14th, 2014. 

The rules include:
     - for packed lunches, taking a picture of it, including a description
     - for purchased lunches, an itemized reciept

The participants will earn points for their healthy lunches. Two points will be awarded each day for the healthy lunches, and 1 extra point can be earned by counting the calories in the meal. A 0.25 point deduction will be made for any unhealthy options.
